When The Itinerary Looks Like A Bucket List

Never again will I plan 3 major cities in one day of travel.

Never again will I stroll around a famously large park and then hike up a famously busy mountain.

Never again will I roll the dice on a trip to Mount Fuji with 2% chance of even seeing it.

Never again will I wake up early just to go to a fish market in the rain with no cell service.

In the words of a famous footwear company “Just Do It.” In the end, I would do it all again.

Japan was a culture and photography heaven. Everywhere we turned was a photo, cultural experience, or both. From desaturated Starbucks signs in Kyoto to a famous amusement park at the base of Mount Fuji, 5 days were never spent so well.

We didn’t hit everything we wanted, but we also hit a ton of things we weren’t expecting to. Our feeds were full of travel content, travel tips, and recommendations.

Japan is like the Disney of the world. You always know you want to go, you always know you’re welcome, and once you get on the plane to leave, you’re already looking forward to the next time you can go.
